We have received your application. Your plan is applied automatically within minutes (1 business day at the latest) (reopen the app or the teacher screen). Today is your first payment date; after that, payment is taken automatically on the same date every month (every year for yearly plans).
What to do next
- the teacher screen (sorobankingdom.com/class/), with your application and the same email address — check that it has been created (if not, please create it)
- When the confirmation arrives, open the teacher screen again → the blue bar at the top changes to "Studio Plan" or similar
- Register the students, print the "login card" and the "letter for parents", and hand them out
On the Home Plan,
- On your child's device, open the app and press "For grown-ups" → "Your child's progress and guide" in the menu on the left
- In "🏠 Start at home" at the top, enter your child's nickname and press "Sign in with Google and start" (use the Google account with the same email address you applied with)
- Your plan is applied automatically within minutes, 1 business day at the latest (reopen the app)

Cancelling, and changing your credit card
You can cancel or change your credit card there at any time. The plan stops at the next renewal date and you can keep using it until then. No pro-rated refunds.
