Every time a referred customer pays: 20% of the price before tax for the first year, then 10% for as long as they stay

It works like an insurance agent’s commission. The reward does not end at the referral — the more you help customers enjoy it and stay, the longer it continues.

You receive a reward only when a customer who signed up with your code pays. Talking about it or sending the link does not earn anything by itself. When a customer cancels, their part of your reward stops from the next month.

Amounts in US dollars. Rewards are calculated on the price before sales tax or VAT. For the yearly plan, the reward is paid once a year when the customer pays. Studio: up to 40 students. Academy: up to 150 students.

We send money once you have at least $50.00. For example, with one Home family on the monthly plan, that is about every 9 months in year one. Anything below $50.00 is still paid once the oldest part is 12 months old.

If the friend used the 20% discount, the reward for that first payment is calculated on the discounted amount. Refunds and price reductions are deducted.

We ask for your payment details by email before the first payment.

🏰 Founding partners: we invite the first three partners ourselves. Their rate is 25% in year one and 12% from year two, and the “Founding partner” title stays for good.

🏠 Home castle (a small practice group at home)

The next step for a partner is inviting a few children to practice together at home once a week. You do not need teaching experience: the app’s 🎬 demonstrations and “Today’s quest” do the teaching, and you just watch over them.

Each family signs up for its own Home plan (their records stay theirs). With your code they get 20% off their first payment
Example: if 5 families sign up and keep paying, your reward is about $29.00/month in year one. Whether you charge for the group is up to you (we are not involved)
The group is an arrangement between parents. Please agree among yourselves on the place, safety, snacks and so on

No selling: families sign up on the official site themselves. You never hold money or sign contracts
No cost: no fee, no purchase, no quotas. If nobody signs up, you pay nothing
Not multi-level: you are rewarded only for customers you referred directly. Recruiting other partners earns nothing
Children’s data stays private: you only see how many customers you referred and your reward. You never see children’s names or records
Leave any time: one button on your partner page. Rewards for payments up to the month you leave are still paid

📜 Our promises

Rewards come out of payments we have actually received. We never pay in advance.
We close at the end of each month and send money by the 20th of the next month, once you have at least $50.00. Smaller amounts carry over and are paid once the oldest part is 12 months old
If we refund a customer, the reward for that payment is cancelled and deducted from your next payment if already paid
Rewards are only for customers you referred directly. Referring partners earns nothing. We never ask you to pay a fee or buy anything
When you post on social media, a blog or video, say clearly that you earn a reward, for example “#ad” or “I earn a referral reward” (this is required by law in many countries, such as by the FTC in the United States)
Partners never see children’s names, learning records or customers’ email addresses — only numbers and amounts
Please never pressure a family to stay. If they want to cancel, let them go kindly

📜 Partner Terms (October 13, 2026)

Your role: a partner is someone who tells people about Soroban Kingdom and helps them use it, at the request of the operator (Soroban Kingdom, Japan). This is not employment. Customers sign up directly with us; partners never sign contracts or take payments on our behalf.
Joining: there is no fee, and you do not need to be a customer. You join by signing in with Google. You must live in one of the about 50 countries and regions listed in the sign-up form (including the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Mexico and South Africa). Only people aged 18 or older can receive money. We may refuse or end participation if these terms are broken.
Your code: one per person. A referred customer who uses it on their first sign-up gets 20% off their first payment. It cannot be used by you or your own household (such sign-ups earn no reward).
Money rewards: 20% of what a customer who signed up with your code actually paid, before sales tax or VAT, for one year from their first payment, then 10% for as long as they stay (founding partners: 25% and 12%). If the customer paid in their local currency, we calculate on the US-dollar price. Payments after you leave are not included.
Free months: if you do not choose money, you receive one free month of the Home plan for each customer’s first payment. If you are paying already, it is taken off your next bill. Free months cannot be exchanged for money or given to others.
Payment: we close at the end of each month and send money by the 20th of the next month with Wise, in US dollars (Wise’s transfer fee is deducted). Partners in Japan are paid in yen by bank transfer. If you have less than $50.00 (or ¥1,000 in Japan), it carries over and is paid regardless of the amount once the oldest part is 12 months old. No customer payment means no reward. We never pay in advance. We ask for your payment details by email before the first payment.
Refunds: if a customer is refunded, the reward for that payment is cancelled and deducted from later rewards if already paid. For a full refund, the free month is also taken back.
How you share: always disclose that you earn a reward (for example “#ad” or “I earn a referral reward”) on social media, blogs and videos, as the law requires in many countries. Do not make untrue or absolute claims such as “guaranteed to improve” or “will pass level X.” No spam, no mass unsolicited messages, no pretending to be someone else, no speaking in the operator’s name, and no promising discounts we do not offer.
Customer information: you only see the number of customers you referred and your reward. You never see children’s names, learning records or customers’ email addresses. Anything a customer tells you directly should be used only to support them and not shared with others. Do not stop or discourage cancellations.
Not multi-level: rewards are only for customers you referred directly. Referring other partners earns nothing, and partners are never asked to pay a fee or buy anything.
Taxes: you are responsible for reporting and paying any tax on your rewards under the rules of the country where you live.
Leaving and changes: you can leave at any time from your partner page. Rewards for payments up to the month you leave are still paid. If we change the rates, we will tell you on this page and by email at least 30 days in advance.
Personal information: we keep your Google email address, nickname, message, country and how you want to be thanked. Payment details are asked by email and used only to pay you. See the Privacy Policy.

❓ FAQ

I have never taught the soroban. Is that OK?: Yes. The app’s 🎬 demonstrations and “Today’s quest” do the teaching. Telling people and helping them get started is plenty.
Do I have to buy the service to join?: No. You can join without buying anything, and there is no fee.
Does it cost me anything if nobody signs up?: No, and there are no quotas. If no customer pays, there is simply no reward.
How should I tell friends?: Press “Send on WhatsApp” (or LINE) on your partner page — the message and link are filled in. Suggest the free Adventure first; it needs no sign-up.
How much can I receive?: Use the calculator above. For example, if 3 Home families sign up with your code and keep paying, it is $17.40/month in year one. Talking about it alone earns nothing. If customers cancel, the reward stops, so helping them get started makes it last longer.
What about taxes?: Rewards are income. Please report them according to the rules of the country where you live. If you are unsure, ask your local tax office or an accountant.
Which countries can join?: People living in about 50 countries and regions: the US, Canada, the UK, the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Egypt, Mexico and South Africa (see the list in the sign-up form). Your friends can also sign up from these countries. Money is sent with Wise.
Can abacus teachers join?: Yes. Please use it to refer other teachers or families who do not attend your school. Your code cannot be used for your own school’s sign-up.
What currency are rewards paid in?: US dollars. If your friend paid in their local currency (for example Canadian dollars), we calculate your reward on the US-dollar price of the plan.
